In the "Krant van Ameland" (in Dutch) we read that Jack Veerman, the former drummer of BZN, has formed a new band with the name "Tribute to the BZN Band". With this band he want to tour again and make music.

On October 3 the new band starts to rehearse and the first concert is already planned: June 6, 2008 on Ameland. One of the members of the new band is from Ameland, and will travel to Volendam every week for the rehearsals.
The Tribute to the BZN Band will play a lot of covers, but will also make new music. Jack Veerman is already writing new songs. There are also plans for a CD. Jack Veerman has faith in it all.

The band members are: Linda Schilder (singer), Johan Keizer (singer), Nico Tol (guitars), Hans Keizer (keyboard), Jan Sombroek (bass guitar), Daniël Metz (accordean and trumpet) and off course Jack Veerman (drums).
