Commotion about rumoured BZN performances NuJij

Lately there have been a lot of commotion about rumoured BZN performances. They are not true.

On June 16, 2007 BZN gave their last performance in Ahoy Rotterdam. After that the ex-members went their own ways. We all know that Jan Keizer and Anny Schilder perform throughout the country together and during these concerts, next to new songs, also sing old BZN songs. The Evenementenhal in Hardenberg, amongst others, uses a performance by Jan & Anny with a band to advertise this as a performance by BZN. This even made the newspapers, as BZN will be performing again. This is truly incorrect.

The name BZN and the logo are registered trademarks. Only BZN themselves can use this name or the logo or give others permission to use it. In this case this has not happened. To prevent disappointment, we feel obliged to tell that BZN has no intention to start performing again! Every advertisement or other mentioning of a BZN performance is an infringement of the trademark. Do not be mislead!

If BZN will ever perform again, this will be made public via the official channels, like BZN Online.
