Something extra for the fans on the last fan day

On the last fan day, today in Volendam, the fans that were present received a nice something extra. Earlier that day two special celebration releases were officially presented, but there was more.

In February of this year it was already announced there would be something special for the fans on this fan day. A lot of speculations followed and some people probably were right. During the previous fan day, in 2012, manager Dick de Boer mentioned that three previously unrecorded songs were discovered in the archives. In the meantime a lot has been discussed and the time was also used to search for more material, to see if it would be possible to release another CD. And they succeeded!

On the CD "Forgotten memories" a total of fifteen tracks have been brought together, amongst which the three songs that were discovered in the archives earlies. Nine of these tracks have also found their way to the box "Complete BZN", like the demo of "Mon amour" (sung by Maribelle), the single "I'm a lucky son", "Down the drain", "My world is empty" and the recordings that have especially been made for television specials. However the recordings of some television tunes are exclusively on this disc!

BZN and their management are happy and proud that this material was discovered in the archives and that they could do something special for her loyal fans by presenting this CD.
